I am very much overweight and can’t look at myself in the mirror even. I have always dreamed of looking like a model, but am skeptical as to the fact that one could lose so much weight during 3 days. Also, can I substitute the vanilla ice cream with plain greek yoghurt I always have Chobani cos it has no added sugar or sweeteners, gelatine-free, and imstead milk cubes so I assume it is the best greek yoghurt so far. The Ice cream was a nice treat for sure. You just have to know what to substitute for what. Any other energy drink that contains sugar or sweeteners may not be a good choice as they have calories. What Is the Soup Diet? Can I do the 3 Day Diet for more than 3 days? Day 1 Lunch. I hope this would help too. I never had the substitutes but I guesss they work. The most important thing to take note of when substituting the above foods is that the substitutions are based on calories, not size.
